Privacy Policy
Last updated: 2026-08-21
This Privacy Policy explains what information Dabbled collects, how it's used, and who it's shared with.
Information we collect
- Account info: name, email address, and (for password accounts) a securely hashed password.
- If you sign in with Google or GitHub, basic profile info from that provider.
- The apps you create: prompts, titles, generated HTML, and version history.
- Anything you submit through the contact form: name, email, and message.
- Basic session data needed to keep you signed in.
How we use it
To run the Service: authenticate you, generate and store your apps, show public apps to other users, respond to contact requests, and keep the Service secure and working.
Third parties
When you generate or edit an app, your prompt (and, for edits, the app's current code) is sent to Anthropic's Claude API to produce the result. Account and app data is stored in a database we operate. We don't sell your personal information.
What's public
Apps you mark "Public" are visible to anyone, including your display name as the owner. Apps marked "Unlisted" or "Private" are not shown in the marketplace; private apps are visible only to you.
Your choices
You can delete any app you own at any time. To request a copy of your data, or deletion of your account, contact us via the contact page.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated policy.
